What is Liberty Linked?
Liberty Linked is the most cost-effective way of advertising on LinkedIn. Liberty Linked gives you a premium paid advert, Hiring Collaborator License and the leverage of a highly established recruitment company without the agency introductory fee.
How much does it cost?
For a set fee of £499, you will receive an executive search capability with the power of LinkedIn. If you do not find your ideal hire through Liberty Linked, why not use Liberty? If you have signed up to Liberty Linked, we will offer you a reduced agency fee of 15% and £499 off the total bill.
How does it work?
With Liberty Linked, you’ll receive a premium paid job advertisement slot on LinkedIn, giving your job post maximum visibility. We provide you with a LinkedIn Hiring Collaborator License, which allows you to review all applicants and manage the process directly. If the initial responses aren’t a perfect fit, our experienced consultants will step in, refining the search with AI and HI tools to add up to 30 high-potential candidates to your project pipeline. Our consultants would then handle the initial outreach to candidates, pre-qualifying them based on your criteria, including eligibility to work, salary expectations, and reasons for leaving their current roles. Once candidates show interest, we connect them with you directly to move forward with the recruitment process.

Our candidate pre-screening is customisable. We will pre-screen depending on whatever requirements you have. This can include: years of experience within a certain industry, type of degree, right to work and also location. These are customisable at any point during the hiring process.
